We discuss eating healthy foods a lot, but it is just as essential to nourish our bodies by remembering to stretch and exercise regularly throughout the day. During this time of COVID-19, we are all sitting a lot more than usual. Being physically active promotes healthy blood flow, fluid exchange, and increases flexibility. Take a few moments whenever you can throughout the day to stretch and exercise. Sometimes it is hard to get up and move, so having a seated option is good.
