🌟 Employee Spotlight Alert! 🌟Meet Caleb, our vibrant Director of Community Services, who has been igniting positivity at The Arc for five incredible years! 👏 Caleb's role allows him to assist the community in navigating a system that can sometimes feel stacked against them. A considerable part of his role is "ensuring individuals find accessible housing, can access benefits, or become a part of a community which keeps me motivated to do what I do." Caleb says, "A highlight of my career at The Arc was when our team dedicated efforts for nearly three years to assist a client in obtaining Medicaid approval to access HCS waiver services/ Finally, after persistent work, we successfully secured approval. Witnessing him now living independently in the community and consistently paying rent on time was not only an accomplishment and major win for our team but a crucial moment for our client to know he had a support team dedicated to him."Beyond his unwavering dedication to inclusivity, he's an H-E-B dessert extraordinaire and a green-thumbed aficionado steadily growing his plant collection. 🌿🍪 Join us in celebrating Caleb's passion for inclusivity, sweetness in treats, and the greener side of life! 🎉#ArcAustin #NonProfitForIDD #EmployeeSpotlight #InclusivityChampion #CookieExtraordinaire #PlantParenting ...
