🐶 Bark for the Arc Spotlight: Cindy 🐶For our first Arc Artist Spotlight for our Bark for the Arc Spotlight Series, meet Austin Arc Artist, Cindy!Cindy is a very talented artist. She takes inspiration from books about various master artists and learns various techniques from them. Cindy is a detail-oriented artist who encompasses the whole picture as she paints. Her preferred mediums include chalk pastels and acrylic.
