Having good Health and Wellness is also about being able to have quality health care, but what does that mean? 

Finding the right doctor to fit your needs is vital, but what do you share with your doctor?

Think about these ideas to share with your doctor:

  • How do you communicate best?
  • If sharing information with your healthcare provider is important, do you need a support system to share this information or gather the best information?
  • Tell your doctor about any past or present health concerns.
  • Tell your doctor about any medications you may be taking.
  • Ask questions! If you don’t understand something as questions or don’t think something sounds right, ask questions!

It can be helpful for your doctor’s full picture of your health and wellness. Consider keeping a journal that includes sleep hygiene, mood, food, exercises, and any changes you may be experiencing.
