Services Offered with an Arc Career Specialist

At The Arc, we advocate for equal opportunities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Recognizing that those with IDD often face challenges in obtaining integrated employment and livable wages, we understand the limited availability of work readiness programs tailored to their needs.

Our Employment Services Program is designed to bridge this gap, offering inclusive support in various forms—hands-on, virtual, and mentorship. Regardless of the chosen field of work, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive assistance to individuals with IDD. By becoming a part of our employment services program, you can be confident that you’ll receive the necessary support to lead a meaningful life and access the employment opportunities you truly deserve. Join us in breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity in the workforce.
